Environment

We are an ethical company operating an environmental policy committed to continuous environmental improvement and sustainable development. We have a 'walk or cycle' to work scheme. We are committed to protecting the environment and natural resources. We have implemented a supplier survey to help us understand and measure the sustainability performance of our supply chain. For select suppliers, information will be collected on environmental attributes, such as energy usage, waste management, and water conservation as well as social compliance, with a specific focus on environment, employee health and safety. We aim to use the information to best collaborate with our supply chain to achieve better processes and products for our clients, our society and our planet. We dispose of all of our waste responsibly. We endeavour to use FSC accredited printers and paper.

Communities

We are a Prince's Trust business. We are committed to delivering a positive future for young people. We are working to help young people from all walks of life gain the skills they need to get a job. We create and deliver evidence based educational resources.

We monitor and evaluate these resources which are designed to inform and educate, change behaviour, and positively impact lives through social marketing and tactics. We aim to achieve long term behavioural change and choice through these resources by empowering choice through education and understanding. We use communication theory to understand how to influence individuals and wider communities. We use expert academic knowledge to determine the required science and methodology used in the creation of these resources.

We support the community via charities and youth programmes that have a strong community presence through donated time and fund raising activities. We believe that extending a helping hand in a time of need not only benefits the recipient but also the giver. We have a company volunteering policy which ensures that all team members are able to support community or charitable projects through volunteering as part of their work. We commit to delivering a minimum of 250 hours of volunteering per year.
